Plot: In the year 2010 Japan is taken over by the Holy Empire of Britannia and their robotic weapons called Knightmare Frames. Japan has become Area 11 of Britannia, and its people are 11’s. The eleven’s live in poor neighbourhoods while the Britannians live in luxury. Lelouch, a Britannian living in Japan, promises his Japanese friend Suzaku that he will destroy Britannia. Seven years later Lelouch gets mixed up with “terrorists” and encounters a strange girl named C.C., who gives him the power of Geass. Using this power, Lelouch gains the ability to control anyone. He aims to use this power to end Britannia’s reign over Japan forever.
